Name of a Place of Origin of the Goods

Certificate is valid for 10 years starting form the application filing date in the patent authority. Certificate term of validity can be renewed for the following period of 10 years under the certain assumptions.

Indication of Origin of the Goods

We would like to draw your attention to the fact, that indication of origin of the goods is not subject to the state registration in connection with the fact, that the legal protection of indication of origin of the goods is carried out on the grounds of this indication use.
The legal protection of indication of origin of the goods consists in exclusion of use of the false (counterfeit) indications of origin of the goods, and also the indications, misleading the consumers in respect of the actual place of origin of the goods.
