When establishing a proprietary organization (including a proprietary organization with the foreign investments) the property rights to the Intellectual Property objects can be a deposit into the authorized capital.

In that way, the property rights to the Intellectual Property object become real investment resources for enterprises.

In order to be contributed to the authorized capital, the property rights to the Intellectual Property objects should be evaluated in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
