He graduated from Byelorussian University of Law. He continues his education in the intellectual property sphere (Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property) and on the analysis of the financial markets and financial assets trade (Academy of Exchange Trade “ForexClub”). Сertified by World Academy of WIPO. Certified by the National Center of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus.

He is a member of LES.

Serj Beliaev is highly-experienced in sphere of industrial property rights protection including combating against unfair competition, infringing use of trademarks.
